Summary
I believe that it is totally true but for a lot of teens and even adults it’s hard to fit in an hour a day into their schedule. If people also chose to do things they like, like skating, playing basketball, or baseball, etc. that it would be fun for them to get fit. But they have to eat right as well or all that work goes to waste. I disagree that teens can fit working out into their daily schedule sometimes there is just no time at all to workout. They could be too focused on school and have too much homeowkr to workout. ”Studies show that teens on average spend more than 6 hours a day on various media, including watching TV, listening to music, surfing online, and playing video games.” I think that’s way overdoing it and is definitely a huge cause of America’s population getting fat. I agree that parents should motivate their children to be active and join a sports team. But, if the parents themselves are obese or inactive it will cause the child to not want to as much.

It really is a pain in the butt to find time to workout, I just have the hardest time finding time to workout. Heck, I have a hard time finding the time to plan my workouts. Lol, If you followed that then good job!
ReplyDeleteIt is hard and only get harder once you have a career, family etc. Begin the habit now ~ it will stay with you in adulthood!
